How to Enter
Entry is free. Please make sure that your entry is in working order and on time. Due to the high volume of last-minute entries, we advise you to submit your entry well in advance of the submission deadline.
All deadlines are listed in UTC (Universal Coordinated Time) on the date specified as the Submission Deadline.
No responsibility is assumed on our part for late entries or corrupted files. Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with the format specifications will be automatically disqualified.
If you have more than one idea, you can also submit more than one entry – however, we advise you to keep variations of one idea to ONE entry. In other words, do not create multiple entries for multiple variations of one concept.
Technical Requirements for Entry
- The submission template will be provided soon. Download Initiative Template
- All entries must be made on A2 size PDF with resolution at 72 DPI. We will only request for high resolution PDFs from the winning entry.
- Your entry must include a project description in English with a maximum of 400 words. Remember to keep your description as concise and readable as possible.
- If you created your entry with other individuals, list their names in the Co-Authors field.
- Provide your contact information.
- Check your entry carefully prior to submitting as there is no way to retrieve your entry once it has been submitted.
- Respect the rules and regulations of this competition.
Ownership of Winning Entries
The designs ideas that are selected for this competition will be your sole and exclusive property. However, TASMENA shall have the exclusive right to showcase and promote itself and other design entities with your design.

- September 13: Entry Deadline
- September 15 – 25: Judging
- October 1: Announcement of the winner
- October 10: Present our competition to Design World Congress 09 in Beijing
